Can I choose the books myself?

No – the beauty of the book club is we choose them for you. Don’t worry, we only send out the best.

I already own the book this month. What should I do?

Our subscription books are recently published to avoid you receiving a book that’s already on your bookshelf. If you do own the book this month, contact us and we’ll sort it out.

When will you send my books?

Books are sent out at the start of every month so you have plenty of time to get reading.

Are your parcels letterbox friendly?

Yes! Your book subscription will fit through the letterbox.

Can I spread my deliveries out?

If you need to skip a delivery with your fixed subscription, contact us and we’ll do what we can.

When do I pay?

For 3, 6 and 12 month fixed subscriptions you’ll pay the full subscription cost upfront. For rolling monthly subscriptions, you’re billed monthly.

Is there an additional charge for postage?

For our UK customers the cost of delivery is included in the cost of the subscription. For overseas and bookstore purchases, postage will be added at checkout.

Do you deliver abroad?

We sure do.

How will my books be sent?

In the UK, our books are sent via Royal Mail and by a trusted courier for international deliveries.

Can I ask you to deliver to an alternative address?

Yes. You’ll have the option to choose your delivery address at checkout.

What if I don't receive my books?

If the worst should happen, contact us and we’ll sort it out.

When do I get my first book?

If you sign up before the 21st of the month your first book will get send out straight away. New subscribers who join after the 21st will automatically begin in the new month and have their books sent out on the 1st of the month.
